Failure to submit the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the mega288 support team immediately.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mega288 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of popular local digital payment methods available in Malaysia. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
All successful deposits will be credited to the user's account once transaction verification is completed by the system. mega288 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require additional identity documents to ensure transaction security. Funds can only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by mega288 management in specific circumstances.
Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately with no refunds issued.
4. User Responsibilities & Account Policy

Account Suspension & Closure
Mega288 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is credible evidence or strong grounds to believe these terms have been violated. Account closure decisions are final and subject to the sole discretion of the platform's management. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any refund of outstanding balances.
